The member starts with a basic online registration. Only the core details are needed at first so onboarding stays simple.
Manamalai verifies the profile through a scheduled in-person office meeting. This is one of the biggest trust layers in the platform.
After the meeting, Manamalai can fill verified sections such as Jathagam and family details so the foundation of the profile starts from trusted data.
Once approved, the member logs in and fills the rest of the profile themselves. Any submitted edits go to admin approval before becoming live.
When required information is complete and approved, the profile becomes visible in the matches feed for the right audience.

Likes and dislikes are private visibility tools. The other profile is not notified just because you liked or disliked them.
Fresh profiles show in the All tab automatically when they become visible to you.
Liked profiles move to the Liked tab so your feed stays organised for your own tracking.
Disliked profiles move out of the main All tab. This is for your own visibility control, not a notification to the other person.
If both profiles like each other, Manamalai admin is notified and can initiate the next trusted conversation step between the two families.
Use My Account for profile changes, privacy requests, audience tuning, temporary hide, DND mode, and support messages whenever you need admin help.
