User Guide: Registration & Approval

Step 1: Register

• Open the Register page and submit accurate personal details.
• Use a valid Indian 10-digit mobile number (example: 9876543210).
• This mobile number becomes your registered login number.
• Set your own password during registration: minimum 8 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.
• Profile's family address is mandatory during registration: Address Line 1, City, Country, and Pincode.
• State and district are required only when country is India.
• If district dropdown is unavailable for a selected state, enter district manually in the district field.
• Profession and education details are completed later in My Account. Until then, the profile remains incomplete.
• You can optionally add Address Line 2, Landmark, and Email.
• Detailed profile fields like Native Place, Birth Place, work location, guardian details, and family/native addresses are now added by admin after verification.
• Your registration is saved in pending state for admin verification.

Step 2: Wait for Admin Approval

• Admins may verify details over phone call or direct meeting.
• You can log in immediately after registering, but until approval only registration-help docs are available and Matches remain in preview mode.
• If membership later expires, access is restricted again to registration + fees help docs until renewal.
• After approval, full docs access and profile browsing/interactions are unlocked.
• If admin sets a temporary password for your account, you must change it in Change Password before full access resumes.

Possible States

• Pending Admin Approval: Registration received, waiting for review.
• Approved: Account is active and can use matches, likes/dislikes, and profile view.
• Rejected: Access is restricted; contact admin for next steps.
• Blocked by Admin: Login is disabled intentionally by admin. Login screen will clearly show blocked status and ask you to contact admin support.
