Membership Status Meaning
- Active: full access to Matches, profile/account actions, and docs.
- Expiring Soon: account works normally, but renew before expiry.
- Expired: behaves like unapproved access until renewal: matches and profile edit actions are locked.
What remains available when expired
- You can still log in to your account.
- You can read only limited help docs: registration and fees/renewal guides.
- After admin records renewal payment, full access is restored automatically.
How to renew
- Contact admin and complete the membership renewal payment.
- Admin records payment and extends validity.
- Log in again if needed; matches and account actions will be available.
