Password reset guidance
Send one message here. Admin will review it and respond through email or phone.
For password-reset requests, use then submit message type Password Reset Request. Admin will reply to this query.
Who can submit
- Logged-in user: you can submit directly. Contact details are picked automatically from your account/profile.
- Guest (not logged in): you can also submit, but must provide Name, Email, and Indian 10-digit mobile number in the form.
What happens after submit
- You will see a success acknowledgement with a message reference ID.
- Admin receives the request in the support queue.
- Admin can mark it as read and follow up through email or phone.
- For password reset requests, you can open support directly with type pre-selected:.
- Password reset request can be submitted once per configured cooldown window from the same browser (default 3 days).
Anti-spam protections
- Short cooldown applies between submissions (to prevent rapid bot spam).
- Anonymous submissions are rate-limited per IP, and logged-in submissions per account.
- Duplicate messages in a short window are blocked.
- Captcha checks can be enforced for guests and for suspicious high-frequency logged-in activity.
